Our most recent product release - available today - continues our theme of helping marketing teams & agencies obtain feedback on all their proofs as fast and efficiently as possible by expanding the file types supported in addition to some really powerful ways to help deliver your creative projects.
In the last quarter, we’ve added support for popular file formats such as rich media and live websites and have also grown the product to meet the online proofing requirements of enterprise brands and agencies, such as new API enhancements and SSO support. Today’s release continues that trend.
Let’s check out what’s new today:
Proofing on mobile devices
If you and your team need to approve your creative content on the go, we’ve added support for static review on mobile devices to our existing tablet support. Team members can access proofs via proof notification emails on their device.
Comments and decisions can be quickly made via your device's native browser, another huge benefit of Ziflow's HTML5-based proof viewer - no special app required!
Animated GIFs
You can now add animated GIFs into your existing online proofing workflows, which complements our existing rich media capabilities, which already include HTML5 banners and live website proofing.
Private Comments
If your team needs a method to easily separate WIP comments from public comments on a proof, Ziflow now offers Private Stages and Comments on workflow stages. This is great for internal discussions or review rounds that are done prior to sharing later stages or versions with broader team members or external parties, like clients, partners or vendors. (Note: Private comments is available on our Enterprise plan).
Private comments can be set at any time during the proof creation or on workflow templates.
Proof Archiving
Ziflow's new Proof Archiving capability helps you keep your dashboard clean by:
- Allowing you to manually archive completed proofs, or
- Having Ziflow automatically archive inactive proofs on your behalf
Archived proofs can still be searched, accessed and updated, as needed.
Archive storage size is part of your plan's existing allotment, there is no additional fee. As a reminder, our Enterprise plan customers enjoy unlimited storage and proofs.
Self-Service Custom Domains
We’ve added a new self-service capability to allow you to set a custom address for your Ziflow account. If you prefer to have your online proofing domain match your (or your client’s) branding, you can take care of that in just a few clicks. (Note: Self-Service Custom Domains is available on our Enterprise plan).

- Filtering comments in the proof viewer to make it even easier to find specific comments in your proofs
- Admins can now selectively hide decision options in the approval process
