Transition Assistance Policy

Ziflow delivers an exceptional service to our customers. We work hard to win and retain your business each and every day. We aim to have industry-leading levels of customer loyalty and retention.

However, in some cases you may need to make the decision to stop using our service. You want to be assured that you will be able to access and download your Content and from our servers in the event that you do decide to stop using our service.

We provide transition assistance to help you extract your data and Content from Ziflow for 60 days prior to the last day of your contract.

We will work with you in good faith to develop an exit plan to facilitate the smooth migration of the Services from Ziflow to you and/or your replacement supplier. We will provide you with reasonable assistance to execute the migration plan. Our fees for providing migration planning and assistance will be $1,500 per day.
