Ziflow Connect 2.0—and introducing our Wrike app!
Your design process exists within a larger ecosystem, and we understand the importance of seamless integration with your creative tech stack. That's why we've improved Ziflow Connect to help you integrate with nearly every other tool in your arsenal.
Inside Ziflow 2.0, we've added seamless task integration for the apps you've already connected, enabling you to easily locate and associate project elements hosted in connected apps. The details panel keeps you in-the-loop on project progress, providing essential information such as project name, status, responsible parties, and even the dedicated Slack channel.
Connecting new apps to Ziflow has never been easier, as you can browse through our menu of out-of-the-box integrations directly from Ziflow 2.0. And we're excited to announce the addition of Wrike, one of the industry leaders in project management software, to our app lineup.
Auto-Compare features for seamless review
In Ziflow's award-winning Viewer, our Compare Mode has received some fantastic updates. Our Auto Compare capability now includes two additional settings: Blink differences and Background overlay.
Blink differences makes visible differences between two assets pulsate, immediately drawing attention to changed elements. Background overlay allows you to overlay a dark or light background over the newer version, highlighting the nuances between the two assets. These settings make it even easier to verify changes between versions and speed up your review and approval process.
Introducing our send email Zibot
We've listened to our customers' feedback and introduced a new Zibot to automate stakeholder engagement via email. Our brand-new Send Email Zibot enables you to send customized emails triggered by different parts of your creative workflow.
Whether it's a review deadline change, adding an outside collaborator to a review process, or any other event, Zibot has you covered. Enjoy the convenience of automated email communication tailored to your needs.
Even more updates to the Ziflow Viewer
As if that wasn't enough, we've made several enhancements to Ziflow's Viewer that you won't want to miss:
- Enhanced Copy Comment feature in Compare Mode, allowing effortless transfer of entire comment threads between asset versions.
- Improved text selection with "rectangle text selection" mode, making it easier to select specific blocks of text.
- More control for admins over who can be mentioned in comments, ensuring sensitive information remains secure.
- Display of video subtitles next to relevant thumbnails in exported PDF reports, facilitating seamless offline reviews.
- A visual indicator with a small "check" next to resolved comment pins, minimizing redundant work by designers.
