New feature highlights:
Visibility enhanced: Unread comments
Never feel the rush of panic from unaddressed comments ever again. Ziflow ensures feedback doesn’t slip through the cracks for your team with our unread comments and replies feature. At the top of comments for your assets and next to each comment, you’ll now see a yellow “unread” indicator that shows the number of unread comments and replies for that asset. When you click “Show,” you’ll get instant visibility on new feedback.
Save time (and sanity): Copy comments between versions
Sometimes when your creative team produces a new version of an asset, they overlook a comment made on the previous version and neglect to make a change. Instead of manually retyping your comment, or painfully copying and pasting it, you can simply copy the comment with the click of a button in the Ziflow Viewer from one version to the next. This feature is an excellent way to quickly surface overlooked changes that need to be resolved before final approval.
Use Proof Briefs for creative clarity
The creative process shouldn’t be a guessing game. Ziflow’s Proof briefs are a powerful way to align your team members and give them an overview, timeline, milestones, and goals of a project. Proof briefs are also highly customizable, with the ability to add formatted text, links, and reference files for everyone to see in the Ziflow Viewer.
Batch review enhancements
Our industry-exclusive batch review tools just became more robust, with new features like:
- Submission via Intake forms, which enable freelancers and external users to upload groups of assets directly for review.
- Comments organized by asset in the Ziflow Viewer, making batch reviews easier than ever.
- Asset names by each thumbnail in PDF proof reports for quick referencing.
Shareable links for folders
We’ve eliminated the headache from keeping track of multiple review links. Now you can provide one shareable link to your reviewers, giving them access to all the proofs in a folder. This is just another way Ziflow streamlines the review process for assets and makes it easy on stakeholders.
New integrations with ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Teams, and Dropbox
We know there are several moving parts to your creative workflow, and Ziflow is just one key piece of many. With Ziflow Connect, we aim to automate as much of your workflow as possible so you can focus on delivering the best creative possible.
We’ve created new native integrations with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, and Microsoft Teams that update your tasks and projects as new proofs are created and decisions are made. With our Dropbox app, you can specify which folders to deliver approved files.
Our Ziflow Connect integrations are constantly expanding and evolving, so keep a lookout for new vendors joining our workflow.
