New Ziflow capabilities are now available! Over the past month, we’ve rolled out new integration capabilities for connecting Ziflow to your other apps and made it easier to visualize the stages of your team’s workflow.

Notify apps when proofs are shared and workflows start
You can now keep your team in sync by automatically notifying them in project management, chat and other apps whenever proofs are shared or workflow stages start. All Ziflow admins can easily set these notifications up as webhooks directly from the API menu.

Easily visualize the order of workflow stages
It’s now easier to visualize the order in which workflow stages take place. Previously, stages were listed in the order in which you created them, regardless of their relationship to each other. Now, dependent stages set to begin when a previous stage ends are listed immediately after that previous stage. This way, you can more quickly see exactly which workflow stage is taking place next.

Enhanced security for app notifications
As an additional layer of integration security, you can now verify that notifications sent from Ziflow to your other apps are properly received. Using a webhook signature key, it’s easy to verify that the information included in any notification is exactly what was sent from Ziflow. You can automatically create a webhook signature for your account directly from API settings.
These new capabilities are live in Ziflow today. Current customers, and those on 14-day trials can start taking advantage of them right away.
